Post-Construction Cleaning in Fort Myers, Cape Coral & Naples
Three-phase post-construction cleaning for new builds, remodels, and tenant improvements across Southwest Florida. Bilingual crews coordinate with subs, OSHA-aware on active sites, and we deliver photo punch lists so the GC can sign off and the owner can walk through.

Built for Builders, Remodelers & Homeowners
Two distinct audiences with two distinct needs. We work with both — and the protocols are different.
General Contractors
Rough cleans during build, light cleans after major systems are in, and final cleans before owner walk-through. Photo punch lists per phase.
Custom Builders
Standing-PO arrangements for production builders. Same crew across projects, same checklist, same documentation — predictable for your closing schedule.
Remodelers
Kitchen and bath remodels, additions, and full renovations. Drywall dust mitigation, sticker removal, and HVAC vent cleaning to clear construction-residue circulation.
Homeowners
Just had a remodel finished and the contractor's crew "cleaned up"? We follow with the actual cleaning so the home is move-in ready, not job-site ready.
Commercial Tenant Improvements
TI build-outs for offices, medical, and retail. Floor protection compatible, badge-able crews, and coordinated with the GC's certificate-of-occupancy timeline.
Hurricane Rebuilds
Post-Ian SWFL rebuild work continues. We support both insurance-driven restoration and full rebuild final-clean handoffs.
The Three Phases of Post-Construction Cleaning
Industry standard separates post-construction cleanup into three phases. We staff and price each one independently — you only pay for the phases you need.
Rough Cleaning
During or just after the rough construction phase. We remove debris, sweep large materials, and take down stickers and labels — preparing the space for trim, paint, and finish work.
- Debris and large material removal
- Initial sweep of all rooms
- Sticker and label removal from windows
- Trash haul-out coordination
- Restroom and break-area maintenance
- Site coordination with active subs
Light / Detail Cleaning
After paint and finish work. The most labor-intensive phase: HEPA vacuuming, dusting, surface wipe-downs, and fixture detail to remove the construction-residue layer that coats everything.
- HEPA-vacuum every room
- Dust all horizontal surfaces
- Wipe doors, frames, and trim
- Detail bathroom and kitchen fixtures
- Cabinet exteriors and shelving
- Initial floor cleaning
Final / Touch-Up Cleaning
Right before owner walk-through or certificate of occupancy. Polish, sanitize, final detail, and a photo punch list so the GC can sign off and the owner walks into a finished space — not a finished job site.
- Polish all glass and mirrors
- Final fixture and hardware detail
- Sanitize kitchens and bathrooms
- Floor finish appropriate to surface
- Final HVAC vent cleaning
- Photo punch list to GC

How Pricing Works
Pricing depends on phase, square footage, and finish complexity. We bid per-project from plans or a site walkthrough — phase-by-phase or as a single package. For production builders, standing-PO rates lock in for the year.
