Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Policy applies to information CLARUS collects through the Site, by phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or in person when you request or receive cleaning services. It does not apply to third-party websites or services we link to or that you reach through the Site; those services have their own privacy practices.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you, automatically through your browser or device, and through cookies and similar technologies.

Information you provide directly. When you fill out a form, request a quote, or contact us, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, service address, and a description of the work you need. If you proceed to a cleaning service, we may collect additional details necessary to deliver and bill for that service (gate codes, key access, scheduling preferences).

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our servers and analytics tools may automatically log your IP address, approximate location, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your language preference, measure traffic, and (where permitted) support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some Site features.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

• ●Service providers. With vendors who help us operate the business — for example, hosting, email delivery, scheduling and CRM tools, payment processors — under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing services to us.
• ●Crew assignments. With the cleaning team assigned to your job, limited to what they need to perform the service (address, access details, scope, special instructions).
• ●Legal and safety. Where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CLARUS, our customers, or the public.
• ●Business transitions. If CLARUS is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred to the successor as part of that transaction.
• ●With your consent. For any other purpose disclosed to you and to which you consent.

5. Third-Party Services on the Site

The Site uses third-party tools that may collect information about your interactions with our pages. Each provider has its own privacy practices:

• ●Google Maps — for service-area maps embedded on certain pages
• ●WhatsApp — when you tap our WhatsApp button to start a conversation

6. Your Choices and Rights

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the services you request, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No internet transmission or electronic storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Visitors

CLARUS operates in Florida, United States, and our servers and service providers are primarily based in the U.S. If you visit the Site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those of your country.

11. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no common industry standard for how to interpret those signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. We do honor the opt-outs described in Section 6.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by email when reasonably possible. Your continued use of the Site after a revision means you accept the updated Policy.

13. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to your privacy will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida.
